Firstly I am new to OCing.
I have a Cooler Master Elite 330 cabby. Cant go for a larger size as I have space limitations.
I was planning to buy a Cooler for my i7 860. Was thinking of Noctua U12-SE2 / Thermalright Venomous -X / Cooler Master N620.
Is a FAN without PWM as on Noctua a disadvantage? Is fan running at full speeds noisy?
With my stock cooler I am getting 49 Deg C idle temp when the ambient temp is about 35 Deg.
All these coolers are about 160mm high which meet the specification of the cabby of 166mm. Check http://in.coolermaster.com/uploads/support/file1213005197533.pdf But has anyone tried? Also the PSU is mounted on the Top. Does the Heat sink width interfere with the PSU?
As per the Noctua site it uses some LNA or ULNA (Low noise adapters). Are they provided as stock? I can use it in winters perhaps!
