Which Courier Delivery is best for international delivery?

I need to send my brother his new CC that was delivered today at our address.
Any of you who have used something to send something internationally which is reliable,fast and cheap at the same time?

My brother is in Santiago, Chile. M in Delhi

Just use speed post, if time is not a concern and no signature required at delivery. It will reach there on time and economical.

Its most reliable. Just because its not flashy enough doesn't mean its not reliable. Its more reliable/customer friendly for me than Bluedart in India.

I have had bad experience with them so use it in specific cases only and this thing is important for my brother so not taking any risk.

Time to reach US was around 4-6 days. We paid in range of ₹900-1,200/packet of docs shipped.

Inquired at DHL and Fedex.
Both said 3500 approx
