Which data card to buy ?

Hi Guys.

I live in Ghatkopar (Mumbai) , and broke my MTS dongle a couple of days back. However I had quite a lot of connectivity problems with. Looking to buy a new dongle. My usage is only restricted to surfing and youtube. Which one do you suggest and which plan ? (prepaid only)

Check out your neighbors...the data card speeds vary significantly depending on the location. Confirm the signal before buying into a service.
 
People from Bangalore and Calcutta are advising someone in a part of Mumbai to go for a particular telecom service based on their personal experience.
