2) mushkin 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Dual Channel Kit System Memory - Retail at Newegg.com

I want to OC from 667MHz to 800MHz too

I'll buy after 1 or 2 weeks

I cannot increase my budget by even $1

^^None exist . The cheapest kit AFAIK is the gskill 2GBHZ which is arnd 240.

get the Adata or corsair Value ram they easily do 800 mhz.
