Which dock is best for the MBP 2019

Hey All
I am currently using Mac book pro-2019. I am currently looking to buy some dock for this one . I am developer who mostly spends around 6 to 8 hours on the machine and also streams occasionally
Below are the items that I want to use with Dock
1. Keyboard (USB B)
2. BT adapter for mouse
3. External monitor HDMI(currently using 1080 p monitor In future I may upgrade to the 2k monitor)
4. Moano Mic (USB only use during calls)
5. Webcam (USB only use during calls)
Rarely connect pen drive and external hard disk
The first three are the always-connected and the last 2 is rarely used
I am confused about which one I should Buy one
1. https://www.amazon.in/dp/B00O0M46KO/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_2B7RR08169CD0RMWC4GF - Dell Dock 3100 . I have read on the internet few people use this one along with no problem. The only drawback there is no native USB c support. So I have to buy some connector to connect it to my mac
2. https://www.amazon.in/Dell-Monitor-...uters&sprefix=dell+dock+,computers,238&sr=1-2 - Dell WD15 dock . This one looks good but my only concern is there are few negative reviews online also I am not sure how good it is
3. https://www.apple.com/shop/product/HMX12ZM/A/caldigit-ts3-plus-dock - Caldigit TS3 . So far in my research, this is the best Dock I came across. though It is not available in India I can ask my friends to bring this one . But the main drawback is it doesn't come under warranty in India AFAIK also couldn't able to test and return in case it is not compatible
If anyone uses any one of the docks please give me some suggestion

I have not seen a single dock or hub which has USB B. Are you sure you need usb B port? What keyboard you have?
About BT adapter, you may use the bluetooth your laptop has built in. Those are higher quality BT adapter than using an external one.

I am using keychron k2 , It's a normal USB(Like in pendrive) . I thought it was called USB B may be I am wrong

I can vouch for the dell dock. We use in office and it is amazing. We connect Dell ultrasharp 2K display to the dock along with mouse/kb dingle. Recently office guys purchased different usb type a docks and they started developing loose connection issues in just few weeks.
