which dvd player to buy and the multi region code for the same

i have zeroed on
1.Philips DVP 3046/94.
2.LG DS 9533.
which one is better of the two
and is there any multi region code for the Philips DVP 3046/94.
Is Philips DVP 5106K/97 and Philips DVP 3046/94 are the same dvd models as i cannot find any mention of Philips DVP 5106K/97 on the philips indian site

LG DS 9533 as the player have same chipset as Philips 5106k have and price 3200-3500 while 5106K @4500-5500.

If you have Latest HI FI TV i.e. HD TV or some other Latest Tech updated TV than only I can suggest you to go with 5106K, as you can use maximum features with, other wise it is More Than Better to have LG DS 9533 with Same Features as 5106k and save more than Rs.1000/-
