Which games can be played on ....?

I want to know which good / popular games can be played on this PC by kids aged 10 yrs ?

The configration of the PC is:

Pentium E5200
G31 s2l mobo
2 GB ram
15" CRT monitor:clap:

try racing games like - need for speed underground, need for speed most wanted,some puzzle games like feeding frenzy,virtual villager e
 
Hmm...my lil buddy (5 yrs) likes simple racing games...Midtown Madness 2 and NFS Underground 2...he seems to enjoy games with a free-roam mode where there are no issues about winning or losing (gave him GTA IV to play for a while...he seemed like enjoying it... but took it away after being chastised by Dad :P )

don't spoil your lil buddy with GTA like free roaming game..better give him some puzzle game and racing game only
 
Does he like sports games? I've had so much fun with both PES and FIFA. Plus, the older versions work great on just about any config.

Why don't you install an emulator like zsnes or Fusion for Sega and let him enjoy some of the awesome game we enjoyed as children.

Like Donkey Kong country, the Zelda games or beat-em-up's like Final Fight and Streets of Rage.

+1 and sport gaming - like socer and cricket are also a good option

I downloaded Fusion but can't understand how to play it. Pls help.
 
Where are you getting stuck exactly?

  1. Download and unzip/unrar Fusion version 3.6
  2. Go to a site like coolrom.com and search for a game. For Fusion, look for Sega Genesis games. Let's say for example streets of rage 2 or Sonic 2.
  3. Download and unzip/unrar the rom. I usually put it in the same folder as Fusion
  4. Start Fusion up, click File-> Load Genesis/32X Rom and load the downloaded ROM file.
  5. You can configure the buttons to either a keyboard or a gamepad using Options->Set config

plants vs zombies , Cadillacs and Dinosaur(using Emulator) :) , NFS Porsche 2000 etc
 
I bought World of Goo game but after installation, it showed that the resolution is out of range. Can anybody help. I am using CRT 15" monitor.

i think u need to reduce the resolution,,u can do it from option menu but if game is not opening at all then look for config file (text or exe) inside installed folder or program file group
 
Age of Empires,Age of Kings and its expansions would be interesting to play.

er... for the 10 year olds, not the 5 year olds :)
