Which gps phone to buy?

planning to buy a gps phone in a week .

** budget is max 20k
** Should have indepth detailed maps of major cities
** Quick satellite connectivity + accuracy is important

Also wanted to know about nokia 6110 NAVIGATOR .Should i go for this phone or is there better option over it???
 
N82 has amazing feature. my bro just got it and it worls flawlessly! i dont believe it still.. it navigates in realtime and with voice.. i thought that i was in US for a moment :P
 
Pick up this months Living Digital Magazine... Its got 22 GPS devices information... and choose the one you like :)
 
There's a version of the P1i available with a bluetooth GPS module. If you are planning to use GPS in a car, nothing beats this as the module can be shared across devices and comes with a car charger.

Nokia 6110...my frnd works for Techtree....reviews all these fones n all....y i suggest this cause its much much faster den da stupid n series fones.....even wit da 512 card fully loaded....loudspeakers are damn amazin....really clear....camera is a 2mp wit cover for the flash .....camera quality is damn gud...check it....its complelty worth evry buck....also i thnk GPS is free on dis fone...tho u need GPRS nyways....dis is really a bang for buck fone..

Small Suggestion bout Nokia fones....wcheva fone they dont advertise a lot.....has the most bang for buck value....i have been researchin on dem frm years :)

I totally agree with you. But this isnt the story of nokia alone, almost evry company in the market do so.

simply awesome phone ..bought it for 23.8k ..battery life is good too..

current price is 21k ..if its in ur budget ..then there is nothing like it ..

and last thing n82 is one super fast phone ..
 
I would suggest to stick with WM based GPS phone as the maps availability of WM based phones are much more easier then any other platform. 6110 is undoubtedly a nice phone with only two glitches 1- no Wifi, 2-no maps availability apart from nokia or wayfinder.

I was too about to finalize 6110, but after researching a lot i finalized on HTC P3300 and currently happy with my selection. Lots of co.s providing maps including satnav, mapmyindia etc.

Has anyone checked out satguide's offer of Asus P527 ? 19k for the phone & map..am looking out for a GPS device myself; think a Smartphone/PDA with GPS wud b the best idea..
 
guys got n95 for 15k+ 5k coupon(won it somewhere) . I would have gone for n82 but that coupon was valid for some phones only :( . So paid 15k for n95
