Hi guys,
I am currently using loop as my primary service provider, however I'm extremely unhappy about their data speeds
Location
Mumbai Suburbs

Pros
Brilliant plans and are extremely reasonable
No call drops no nothing works flawlessly without a data plan
Cons
Constantly poor data speed, infact at times even poor is an understatement

So finally I've decided to give up my frustration and switch to another carrier
so can you guys please suggest as to which carrier is
comparatively better for me.?
however, i have heard quite a fare bit of positive reviews pertaining towards
reliance's gsm 3g data plans
Awaiting your valuable inputs
Cheers!!

I m using Vodafone from past 7 years. Recently quality specially in trains have been degraded a lot. If at 1 particular place, network is good. Using 3G for around a year now. Speeds are good. Rates are premium but like earlier they are not much worth. I would suggest, if u have dual SIM mobile, getting a separate card for data only, as Loop is quite affordable.

no i don't have a dual sim phone :(

In Mumbai? Weird, coz I have heard good things about Airtel.

NOTE : We use Airtel for our office mobile backbone + Have CUG plans.

I used Reliance 3G for a long time till I ported to Vadapavphone. (Vodafones Indian arm).

Reliance 3G speeds were great. No complaints at all but their voice network was horrible. So many places I went within Mumbai where network was unavailable and lots of other small niggles with their network.

I am on Vadapavphone only for a few days now so cannot comment on how good or bad it is but so far its doing fine.

Bingo! that's exactly what my colleagues have told me about reliance
