Which Handy cam to get in 450USD

Hi,

One of my friend is looking to get a decent Handy cam. He would like to start his career in ad-Making and film industry.

This will be used for capturing small ad films.So the quality should be very good. Looking at 35K if available in INDIA. If it is not available here then 450 to 500 USD ( Considering 60 to 70rs/USD from KMD/Fizzmall).

He need the Handy cam as it is small and can be carried easily.

I did some search and found that the max resolution is 4MP..

id advice to stay away from minidv in todays day an age.. get a flash based camera.. best options avialable these days! theres a sony model (i dont remm model no) but its got like 8gb in built flash mem and is high def.. that should be ideal for your dad to shoot short movies.. an if he needs more storage he can get a 8/16gb card with it. btw the cam costed around $420 at retailers and sony price was $499.

get the model from sony and pricegrabber it! :>
