Which headphone / powered speaker USB DAC to get?

I am thinking about the Fiio E7 / E11 or the topping based DAC. cannot get reviews for topping based DACs, anybody has owned / reviewd any topping based DAC's?

Can also go for dual setup of DAC -> and then a headphone AMP. Any suggestions?(topping to be bought later)

I think the Audioquest dragon fly is good according to reviews, but way above my budget.
How is the nuforce udac II ? what is the best place / price to get that?

My total budget for DAC / DAC + AMP well, let us say around 6000. (can be increased, but should be VFM.)

Think the Fiio products in the price range a pretty decent. You should get some onions from actual users though...not me!

Can't remember which one it is (they have so many products!) its the E7 or E17 or something like that. Sounded quite nice and is portable too. There's also the Audinst Mini HUD which I hear is nice.

The hippo cricri+ is a really nice device too. Owned one briefly, and its pretty good for its price and size.

Some of the best vfm DACs under 6k are Fiio E10, Fiio E07K(DAC+ portable amp) . If you need something better , have a look at the Audinst HUD-Mini . A very stellar product and SQ can be improved/ tweaked upon with op-amp upgrades.
