Which IE version?

My home PC run on MS Vista having old IE 7 version. OS type is 34bit and Vista is a legit copy installation.

When tried to upgrade IE10 & IE9, MS site says updates required. When entering into, blahh, there are big list of updates crossed my fingers.

Which IE version are latest available and can be up-gradable to Vista?

I'm using ie 10 . that's the latest.

I don't use it, it's there in my pc I meant.

On Windows Vista Internet Explorer 9 is the latest version. You can download the version specific to 32 bit Vista from here http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/internet-explorer-9-details.aspx

Using IE10 which comes with win 8 (Although 90% I use Chrome, 8% FF and 2% IE)

Assuming you mean 32bit - either way, IE9 is the latest you can put out. Honestly speaking though - you are better off with Chrome or Firefox.

just try opera and forget about everything else but hey , don't shoot me for this

.. when it comes to browser everyone does have their own preference ;-) and I use Opera [ 12.15 x64 though ver. 15 sucks big time ] with FF, Chromium Latest dev build [ sorry, but no Google chrome for me ] and IE 10 for downloading vids from youtube like sites.

my mistake, its 32bit. Chrome is indeed first choice, always. IE interface looks simplier for us hence needed. Also, downloading speed is a bit fast in IE.
