I need to buy an entry-level ink tank A4 printer, preferably an all-in-one. It's main use will be for printing CAD designs so that photo quality printing is not essential. 4 colours should be sufficient. The emphasis is on a robust and reliable mechanism, good paper handling and reasonable speed for the price.
The last time I bought an inkjet was about 15 years ago. At that time, HP printers were robust and handled all kinds of paper with ease. OTOH Epson, while producing good print quality, were finicky about paper and tended to jam. I don't have much experience with Canon or Brother inkjets. The situation may have changed now, which is why I'm asking.
Any recommendations? If not a specific model, then an evaluation of brands will also be helpful. Budget is roughly 10k, not fixed. Thanks in advance.
