Which inverter AC for a 120sq ft room?

Urgently looking for a 1 or 1.1 T inverter A/C. The room is 120sq ft in size, SW orientation, mid floor in Chennai. Considering the below as of now

I am really confused if Should go with Sharp or Hitachi Ace. Ace seems to be the best of the lot. Any help would be helpful. Planning to purchase it today.
