Hi guys, need expert advice from people down here. I have decided to buy three split ACs for my 3 room flat in Kolkata (Calcutta). These ACs need to be installed in the 3 rooms.

Room Dimension

1st Room: 17 X 11 sq ft
2nd Room: 14 X 12 sqft
3rd room- 13 X 9 sq ft
Room Height : 10 ft

My flat is situated on the top floor building facing south-east, so all the rooms in summer remains sunny from the morning till mid noon,. So from 10 a.m. to 6 pm in a hot humid summer all the rooms become hot. Both the rooms have glass windows but are heavily curtained.

Daytime summer temperatures of Kolkata:

Avg Temp (°C): 37, Max Temp (°C): 43

Surfing I found out inverter ACs are the way to go, saves a lot of electricity bill.
I have come down to 3 options from my limited search:

1) Panasonic econ Inverter -

2) Sharp Inverter AC

3) vestar ac non inverter split ac

please suggest approximate tons and ac models for each room which are at a reasonable rate among the above and also non inverter types.pricing shd be criteria as well as proper cooling and minimun electrical consumption wise

3 rd room a 1.1 ton is more than enough.
2 nd room needs a 1.5 ton
3rd room will be better off with a 2 Ton or 1.5 Ton Inverter.

Choose between Mitsubishi Electric 1.5 ton 4 star model Rs 34,500 and Sharp Inverters.
