PC Peripherals Which is better? DOMINATOR VS XMS3! Why?

Not in the same price range. No comparisons at all. Dominators can overclock much much higher. If you are into overclocking then only they are good though....
 
Sorry for joiniong late but I think if you can't stretch your budget as far as the Dominator but want something better than the XMS 3 I think the G.Skill RIPJAWS fit the bill :).
 
Which rip jaws? Don't fall for the extra spicy name and RAM heatsink, ultimately its whats inside that determines how capable the chips are .... :P

I have the 1600 MHz CL9 version. CL7 was to expensive and CL8 was unavailable, the heatsink is much better than XMS3.
 
My domin ator gt 2000mhz cl8 is on the way... My fun time begins...yupieee

@ samurai.. Dominators rules man...there is no point comparing xms 3 with dominators...doms overclock and can give u tight timings...
 
In case someone cares about whether OCing/Tighter timings would make a difference in SB, then the answer is no. They make zero difference.

You talking about real-world performance difference??? I got no idea about that, but if you are talking about benchmarks, then hell Yes, it makes a difference even in SB.
