Which is better: Samsung-DVD-P480 or Samsung-DVD-P480R?

Looks like my LG DVD player is conking out. It refuses to read any media. How much would it cost to change the lens?

Anyway, I am also thinking of getting a new player if changing the lens is too costly. Which one of the samsung dvd players would u recommend?

The only difference I can make out is that the Samsung-DVD-P480R has an FM Tuner. Does the P80R has any other advantage over the P480? Are there any other better DVD players for roughly the same price i.e around 3k?

I also had thought of DVD Player. but after checking out WD HD Player, I cant even think of taking DVD player.

^^ well the wd player doesn't accept optical discs. i know you can copy the disc to your hdd and play it via the wd player, but personally, ive kept both.

Dude..i will prefer you to go foe Asus LightScribe based DVD ROM if you want to buy one...Its best and kicks ass of all other company...

And if in case you get a chance to get Lights On ....Then that shall be best....
