My priorities are:
a)- A good desktop for 3D and video editing
b)- But should be able to play most games at MID to HIGH resolutions
c)- And should last me at least 6 to 9 months before requiring serious upgrade
d)- Should have above average overclock ability

So please clarify my queries:
a)- At max 65k budget which is a better option to go for? Suggest alternate components if you think these are not good.
b)- Does 1666MHz RAM and 6GB/s HDDs really make a huge difference in real world applications?
c)- In the next phase of my build I will be adding another graphic card, so keeping that in mind which is better- Radeon 5770 or GTS 450 for CF/SLI gaming.

Brief- The rig I am making will undergo constant upgrades at 2/3 month intervals e.g. more RAM, another HDD etc therefore big upgrades like MoBo, Proccy, SMPS etc can wait till 2012, but till then the machine should be able to keep up with my requirements which is 3D, video editing and casual (weekend) gaming.

Thanks and waiting for your answers.
