Both are pretty similar for what they offer. Though I would go with 800 G2 out of the 2 just because it has a type c front I/O.
As of ram, I guess both support upto 16Gb per UDIMM slot so I think it'll be 32GB.
If WiFi and bluetooth are on ur list then i would skip both and look for the one with integrated connectivity. Also, try to invest in atleast 8th-10th gen especially for windows. For Linux it's okay.
