Never bought anything from olx or cashify. Are they reliable ?

For OLX, you would need to meet face to face with the seller and examine the device then buy if everything checks out. Cashify has offline stores where you can buy used phones.
There is a iphone 12 mini here for sale as well on TE for 20k. Check if that suits your needs (other than the Wi-Fi calling and eSIM).
Or if this seems like a hassle to you, better buy a new device according to your budget.

On the official Oppo A3x specs page, it says it supports two nano SIMs and nothing about an eSIM so I doubt Flipkart's claim.
