Friends, I'm looking to upgrade my 3 year old rig.
Only the CPU+MOBO+RAM will be upgraded for now.

Here are the necessary details :

Some more suggestions for the RAM please. And the price of the cooler is not included in the 25k budget..

exactly! thats why i'm keen on the RAM options.

So, the Phenom II+ GD70 combi would be the smarter buy for sure?

THe phenom is already clocked at 3.4Ghz and also power consumption is 40-50w more than the i-5 750.

The i-5 750 matches the higher clocked Phenom even in processor heavy games likes Crysis. Also as you are looking to OC its better to go for this lower clocked, Cooler chip.
 
so, which P55 board can i get in 10k or thereabouts. The ASUS P7P55-D or are there better options? Strictly no mATX.
