which laptop will be better of the two in terms of performance and less heating issues?

Thinking to buy laptop mostly for networking and light to medium gaming. These two are there- one is amd and the other i3 4th gen. I3 one having lower clock speed but both with 2gb graphics. Heard amd has heating issues but i know nothing about the latest apu a8 processor used in the laptop.
