PC Peripherals Which memory chips are these?

Hi guys.
I have this new batch of corsair value select DDR2 667 ram.
Anyone have any idea what chips are these?
I tried internet search to no luck.
pics attached below.
These are 1GB modules.

but which thats the question.

I have seen corsair value carry D9 fatties in the past. But then this new batch came with these new small chips. thats why wanted to know what is this. lets see i will be testing these tomorrow or day aftermostly.
