CPU/Mobo which mobo to buy,asrock B75 Pro3-M or GA-B75M-D3H

i want help guys
i wana upgrade my system so i decided to buy new mobo n process for normal use n some time gaming
i have selected 2 mobo gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H and Asrock B75 Pro3-M
have 8 gb ram of 1333 clock
please suggest me which one will be better for me
process will be g2020 intel
planning to buy 560/560 ti for gaming

I have the Asrock B75M - basically the same except a less capable onboard audio and a different USB configuration, as well as the Gigabyte D3H. Both have been through extensive 24x7 use as my file server, currently the Asrock is doing that duty while I am trying to use the Gigabyte as an audio recording machine. I say try because I am not totally successful.

The Gigabyte is glitchy and erratic, has less SATA ports and no additional controllers, higher latency and overall I'd rate it below the Asrock. However Gigabyte is slightly better on support and updation. In day to day consumer/gaming use it's unlikely to make a difference which you end up with.
 
yup i also thinking to buy Asrock as it has total 8 sata port (3xsata3) and i have 5-6 hdd already !
how is Asrock quality wise bro ! will it last 2-3 years ?
