which monitor 22"/24" - 12K budget?

Requirement: upgrade from my 17" monitor to either a 22" or 24" monitor to pair it up with the Sapphire HD4850

Budget: -12K+

Usage:
* Main use to watch 720p/1080p content.
* Casual gaming FPS, racing, strategy (No high settings though).
 
Buy BenQ G2420HD it's a good 24" monitor... And if u can expand ur budget a bit then consider Dell Ultrasharp U2311H... It has IPS panel but slow response time (8ms) which won't b good for watching movie or games... But picture quality wise it is better than any LCD monitor... And with 12k budget u can also buy Samsung B2230 or P2350...
