CPU/Mobo Which Motherboard for i5 2500 ?

CPU : i5 2500
GPU : ATI 6850
RAM : GSKILL ripjaws 4GB stick

I had shortlisted Gigabyte GA-H67M-D2-B3 (rev. 1.1) Socket 1155 5500/-
But it has no HDMI out. I plan to use a 26" 720p HDTV as monitor for the time being and would want to watch Full HD content, too.

Will a DVI to HDMI cable suffice or an HDMI is a must?

I don't mind spending an extra 3-3.5K for a better Mobo but can't find any Gigabyte H67 B3 mobos. Any ideas?
