I'm having a hard time deciding which mother board I should go for.

Won't be using the cross fire until a year or so, I'm not into gaming that much.

Will be over clocking in a year.
Suggest me a cheap but good mobo, thus I'll spend the saved on a better gpu.

For now its :
x4 965 : 9600
gigabyte ud-4: 10000

If you would be overclocking 965BE, it's better to have heatsink on your mosfets(above 1.4V). MSI 790GX-G65 for 7K(great overclocker) , MSI 785GMT-E65 for 5.5K, Biostar 790GX A3+ for 6.8K are good options. Asus 785 EVO for 5.8K too is a good option, a bit picky about ram though. If you could afford MSI 790FX-GD70 or Gigabyte 790FXT-UD5P are great overclockers, should be around 10-11K.

I'll probably go for the UD5P, but why is the UD5P more costly than the others?

yes dud,
go for msi - 790fx-gd70
its really a great board.
one of my friend is using it.

790FX-GD70 is a better overclocker, gigabyte has better warranty support in India. If you are considering 790XT-UD4P, then 790x chip would support 8x+8x crossfire whereas 790FX could support atleast 16x+16x.cooling and phase design are better in UD5P and better oc support in bios comparted to UD4P.

^^^ sorry, that's a typo. I meant 6.8K. Will edit it
No probs. Happens with all of us. For a second, I thought you were refering to some $ converted price which would like 4700 :(
