CPU/Mobo Which motherboard is better?

Hey, i can u guyz help me decide which motherboard is better? I want to overclock but not extreme overclock. My two choices are

M2N32-SLI Deluxe
or
DFI LANPARTY UT NF590 SLI-M2R

they are within a $20 price range so price doesnt matter.

Why would you want to spend so much on a motherboard for overclocking, and go the AMD route? I have an AMD myself, but I only got it cos it was so much cheaper than the core2 duos. A decent intel board, and a mid range core2 duo, or core2 quad would overclock way better than any amd chip.
But if you insist on an AMD why not wait till sept 10 and see how Barcelona performs, and get a new AMD chipset motherboard supporting the new AM2+ cpus?
 
yes i totally agree with you. But the problem is that the stuff were given to me as a present. The core2 duo is a lot better but i only have money to switch motherboard.
 
I'd go for the asus...it's got a better bundle(array mic, Q connector etc), and the I think the onboard audio (ADI) is better than DFI's(Realtek). It also seems to have better cooling.
