Laptops Which one is better: HP dv2601 or Acer 4920 ?

Since both of them are on similar price braket, I want your opinion about which one is better.

Requirements:
1) Proc-> Faster is better, I wish for a Santa Rosa.. :)
2) MB-> 865 board would be nice
3)Grphx-> Any good one. Although I wont use if for playing games, but should be able to run Vista Aero smoothly, and may be some occasional games.
4) LCD-> 14 inch (definitely not larger than that)
5) HDD-> 160GB at least.
6) Good Keyboard and DVD burner.
7) Wifi + Bluetooth-> A must.
8) Integrated cam-> Optional
9) Finger print reader-> optional
10) USB ports-> 3 at least, 4 would be nice.
11) Firewire port-> I definitely want it ( for transferring DV from my Camcorders)
12) Speaker quality-> should be loud enough so that i wont have to carry additional speakers.
13) Weight-> not more than 2.5 kg
14) Battery-> 6 cell
15) Budget-> around Rs.55000/-
 
hp dv2601tx( and not 2601tu) is definitely better. Its available for arnd 47-48k here in mumbai. Has all the features that you are looking for.

well, for your requirements , and if you don't have any issues with an amd processor you can even look at compaq v6608 ( screen size is a bit bigger -15.4", amd turion x2 1.9ghz, 1gb ram, 160gb hdd, BT+WLAN etc.) - costs only arnd 34k. For 14.1" look at v3711au/tu(can't remeber the exact model no though) that costs arnd 31k.

Else look at compaq c713TU ( again 15.4" one), no bluetooth though and no fingerprint reader either, but u can always get a BT dongle for Rs.200 odd. with 2gb ram it'd cost abt 39-40k.
