Camera Which one to get-- raynox dcr-250 or raynox dcr-150

I use a sony nex-3 and was planning on getting an e-mount macro lens.But it isn't available anywhere .So instead decided to go for raynox9 for the time being).So which one should i go for ? raynox dcr-250 or raynox dcr-150? Don't like using tripods--too cumbersome and takes time setting up nor do i have any special lighting equipment like ring flash,etc,etc just the default flash that comes with camera.Currently the only lens i have is the 18-55mm kit lens and will go for a 50mm portrait lens soon.So for the equipment i have which will suit me better -150 or the 250 ??

Will 250 give me blurry images because of camera shake(considering i will be shooting handheld)?? Would 150 offer sufficient magnification when paired with my kit lens?
 
If no tripod then stick with Raynox 150.

Yes it will at 55mm at least. The 250 will offer more magnification but lesser working distance and much smaller focusing range. If you are fine with that then get the 250. But do note that the 250 is more difficult to use in the field.
