Which phone to buy from US around 25k ?

Hi,

My friend is coming from US.

I m thinking of buying some gud phone from there, but my budget is upto 25k only.

I can go for Android or iOS or even Windows phone.

Please suggest, which one is better to buy & specifically tell me model also.

You can get the galaxy s2 for very close to that here. Wouldn't that be a better option?
