WD or SEAGATE or some other Brand..

Seagate has 5 years warranty and is cheaper so I'd go with Seagate!

WD passport is 20% smaller in length as compared to seagate , so if your main criteria is mobility, then go for wd else seagate.

Consider Seagate GoFlex, it has a option to have "USB3 & eSATA"

I guess the goflex is gonna be expensive though its a good choice ..

Portable HD are not good especially 1TB..I suggest go for External ones and that too seagate
