PC Peripherals Which PSU to get ?

need help urgently
i have a choice to get 1 of the following psu
cm real power pro 1250w
ultra X3 100w

which 1 should i take
i like cm 1 but it is non modular so the long cables will make the cabinet look messy
+ the ultra has lifetime warranty [it says so in the ocers review, the link is given below]

90% chance i will not receive the bill for eighter of them [many reasons]

wht should i do
which 1 should i take???

PS : plz don't give suggestions like take some other psu[other than listed] cause it is not possible
i can ONLY GET 1 OUT OF THE 2

the thing is- i could have got it if i went to his place

but since im telling him to come here he will take some time

if he does not get the mobo till wed. ill tell him to bring it to shool

it is not modular and the cables are huge

is there neway to avail warranty without bill??? :D
 
just curious, are you the same 'asheet' guy who argued endlessly on CM Extreme vs Corsair :bleh:
why do you need a 1.25kw PSU, do you have such a monster rig or a psu collector :bleh:

nope im not "asheet"

he is some1 different

i need a psu and these 2 are my only options

i know these are too much for me but i can only get these 2

to hard to explain everything

i am getting the cm 690 [modded] with the whole side panel transparent so i would not like to see any mess there :)
