Both are equally better, I personally prefer the Gskill Ripjaws, Corsair RAMs are good too, just they are slightly over-priced, also corsairs after sales services are good
@partha60 go for the Corsair Vengeance modules if you are not going to add a third-party cooler to your CPU and want excellent after sales support. Else, the G.Skill RIPJAWS are not bad and more importantly have a better heat-spreader [in my opinion] and generally over-clock better.
Gksill ripjaws X overclock better than vengeance, I personally own three modules of ripjaws X. Personally I still feel even a XMS3 is better than vengeance
If you want to keep temps and noise down then go for Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO-2.2k,Otherwise there's no use of a cooler with i3.Go for Gskill RipjawsX or XMS3 both are good.
my vote for Gskill RipjawsX , But you will never notice a big difference in performance between a 1333mhz & 1600 mhz . If you want some boost in performance get a SSD.
if you are not overclocking your cpu then stock HSF more than enough . save that money for a future upgrade .
