Which Router to buy? 2 required

Guys i need 2 routers for different needs.
1. 1 Desktop, 1 Laptop, 1 WiFi enabled Phone

File streaming might be a requirement in this network. I want to use the router as a media streamer in the future. Accessing music files and video files over the network from one device to another. So i guess, for this network, i require file transfer speed more.
2. 1 Desktop, 2 Laptops, 1 WiFi enabled phone.

This router will mainly be used to share the internet connection with the various devices mentioned, as well as the occasional laptop of a friend. Also, this router will be used for LAN gaming, with more than 3 4 laptops sometimes. Also, i would like to customize the router settings to give the maximum bandwidth to the VOIP apps on the phone. For this router, i think concurrent and fast connections is more important than the speed of data transfer.
I dont really know much about routers, so please advice which routers should i go for? Budget - 2-3K for each.
 
Get the Buffalo WHR-G54S for 1.9k for the internet sharing netword. Try to squeeze in the Buffalo 802.11n router for the other one. I forgot the model name for the 802.11n router, just look up their site.
 
802.11n will definitely be speedier but i dont think 2-3k budget will help us to squeeze one in.

btw i purchased buffalo whr-g125 (wireless-g) for around 1.7k some time ago.
 
I shall be buying one router in pune tomorrow.

Requirements of the router shall be -
VOIP (Calls via skype through my N85)
LAN Games
Internet Browsing

Please give your suggestions before 5 pm tommorow.
