Which RSS reader pins to desktop?

I need a RSS reader which "pins" to the desktop. I need to keep at ~10 RSS feeds pinned to my desktop.

I don't want to use dashboard/sidebar kind of apps. Please suggest any app that will lay a transy display on the desktop and won't interfere with my other windows.
