G4 plus is a very good choice but it doesnt have a compass.
So, if you use phone for navigation expect some issues.
What screen size?

One plus X/Lenovo Vibe S1 are decent choices with 5" screen.

Camera of Z1 is not that bad. It has got OIS. It fares better in comparison of Redmi Note 3, Leeco Le1S and likes of phones in this budget.

that ZTE has same cpu as moto g4 + so it would have heating issues too, best to stick with moto
