Which software for multiple backup schedules?

You can use SyncToy to sync files between your folders.
1. Download and install SyncToy.
2. Start SyncToy and create a Folder Pair
3. Choose Left Folder(Folder you want to backup) and Right Folder(Location where you want to backup)
4. Choose a Synchronization Method.
5. Click on Run to start the Syncing Process.
Voila!
There are many syncing tool, but SyncToy is teh best. Also you can create unlimited Folder pair thus providing multiple backup solution.
Again, to Schedule SyncToy to Sync Automatically, follow this guide.

I would like a backup software to work not based on schedules, but immediately. It should stay "always on" (maybe in the systray). I would define a profile of my working folders (as sources) and some location as destination. If any file changes or a new file is added in my sources, the always on backup software should immediately back up the changes to my destination. Does any of the above listed softwares does this?
