Hey wanna know which song is playing in the background in the movie "The fast and the furious - Tokyo Drift" when the hero and the black guy come to the drift event for the first time..Just after the black guy shows the hero his ride.. It starts when they enter the arena, with people attending to their cars, dancing or making out and goes on until the heroine enters in her ride..

It has a female singing in English followed by a guy rapping in Japanese..

Btw wanna go a Little Off-topic here .... watched Tokyo drift last Night .... i wonder if those drifts were real. Coz they seem so so so Crazy ..... i cant even do such kinda drifts in need for speed ..... how the hell were dey able to do it in real life ?? Can someone shed some light on this ??

Boy if those drifts are real then Hats off to them. They really are Pro :D Also i am tired of Dragging ..... it is booring , Drifts seem to be quite Fun though :D

Ive tried drifting on wet road in my esteem car.. i was able to do it at 40-50 speed.. one of the drift (last one tried) was very risky at 50+ speed i was just about to bump my front tyre with the divider on worli round turn in the end :P the ppl inside that round pavement were laughing... but before that.. i tried on dry tarmac and it was perfect drift with loud screech.. sometimes there were no screech cause the surface was having dust and yeah if i can do a noob drift.. those are real in movies :P

it all started at fort 1st... i tried it on the wide road there near dena bank on curvy road :P then at worli couple of times i was trying drift at midnights.. i saw there were no cars behind, side and front.. whenever i drifted, i was cautious.. but last drift i will never forget in my life.. just abt to trast myself on divider. yeah and on my esteem. next day it was service day and the suspensions were screwed and was a lot of spending on repairs and after a month, there was a crack on one of the front tubeless tyres.. and had a replacement under warranty :P this movie drove me crazy as i am a car freako :P

Thts why i was like..:O..on an esteem..??lol..:P So you see, the moral of the story, these stunts are better left to the movies..they have a lot of budget..n even if they screw a few cars, they always have replacements ready....:P Plus our roads are not much of a respite for such stunts.. you cud end up paying a bomb to repair ur car or worse still, urself...lol..

So ye all kids out there...dont try this at home...:ohyeah:

Drifting is definately a real sport...but its an illegal form of racing in Japan and now has migrated to the US too.I saw this programme about illegal street racing and drifting on Discovery I think a few months ago, the top drifter were insane....just perfect drifts going down hill towards on comming traffic.I dad warned me about never trying such stunts or else my car would be confescated.Uptill now the craziest thing iv done with my car is not stopping for even one signal on my way to college :P

Wow guys thanks for OTing this thread off the map :P
