Which usb modem+connection to go for? (in NCR, getting today) , Advice please!

I need to know, which is the best usb modem and connection to go with right now, I will be taking it from NCR and using it in NCR and West Begal (kolkata), so what do you guys suggest? I would be taking it today only.
