which wifi usb dongle to buy under 2k@802.11g

i will be using this on my main pc for download ,surfing, gaming.
i have 1 wifi router+ modem( got frm mtnl) and one asus wl520gu.
i will be using asus as a repeater to get better signal....:)
how much performance diff. will be thr. b/w this and wired one?:huh:

There's going to be a huge performance difference between a wireless G connection and a wired connection. The wireless connection in this case is rated at a theoretical maximum speed of 54Mbps, whereas the wired connection is 100Mbps.
 
then suggest 802.11n usb dongle....:) as i will later buy 802.11n router....

my net connection is : 1 MbPS downstream and 1 MbPS upstream from MTNL

The speed difference I was talking about between the wired and wireless G connection only relates to internal network data transfers. As far as the internet speed is concerned, with a 1Mbps internet connection, you won't notice any difference between the wired and wireless connection.
