Funny.. right? No.. Its actually possible..
Most of the content now a days is either p2p or from popular video streaming sites > So Caching all the way.
The owner is doing exactly what i planned to do (Don't know whether i will do such thing in future?), offering high data for the Growing demand of High speed internet for High Definition content.

If this ISP gets funded by some firm like the one's who funded Beam telecom, This ISP will make whole India Cry!! Hoping to see this ISP in my area. Just the kind of stuff i wanted :woot:

Website: https://www.broadnet.in/home-tariff-plans/ ( use firefox) SSL breaks in Chrome.

LONG LIVE PEOPLE WITH SUCH THOUGHTS (Including me!! :D)

Seems too good to be true...

Why only Hyderabad,why???? :(
Why is it always hyderabad? Cant it be bhopal for once!!

No offense but People behind those companies actually think different. Anyways calm down. Such firms would need a lot of investment, even recently a company WE INTERNET based in Mumbai was launched. They didn't expand anywhere because of last mile expansion issues.
In other parts of the country like mine, probably 2-3 generations after me may probably see these speeds and prices. FML.
Speed is not an issue here. Even Hathway offers 50mbps.. The Keyword here is " large amount of FUP" or else almost an "unlimited" connection.

I hope international companies like Netflix and all make a statement that we won't come in India as they get fck speeds and ever fcker FUP and we cannot operate in such a sick environment.

The website sure looks slick. If this turns out be viable, then I shall ditch Beam Fiber in a second. Fingers crossed. Looks very promising, indeed.

Even i am fed up with beam's fup limits. 50gb wont be suffice even for an week and that 2mbps has made me feel sick.
I am looking forward to check out this ISP. Have alerted my friends who stay near that keesara. Beam has become monopoly in areas like mine. They should be kicked by other Isp's such as Pioneer,Excell and other expanding isp like BroadNet

Also, the website says
"Serving 23% of Hyderabad City"
Coming soon to other parts of city.

Within next year should be great.

Hyderabad...is truly the baddest city of all of India. Fast internet with a respectable FUP and speeds above 1Mb post FUP.
Just change the name from Hyderabad to Hyperabad.

Do you have an ISP of your own somewhere? :o

Who in their right mind will download more than a terabyte of data a month? Every month or two that person would have to buy a new hdd. How will he ever finish watching what he downloads I cant imagine.

Not really if you're streaming 1080p content, and downloading 4k. There are always some people who utilise bandwidth to the fullest. But I agree, the FUP is generous and even the post FUP speeds aren't terrible.

But till it's limited to one city,it really doesn't matter. Reminds me of Railtel/Hayai 4-5 years back. Utter disappointment in the end.

@6pack HD Content is easily consuming 200Gb per month for me. So yes your whole family could use up to 500Gb or even more.

Since we are talking of a single city here, those fake firms don't come in to the picture.

Exactly.

Has someone contacted this company and verified it.
499 for 50 GB and 999 for 1TB .... i think they might be intending to say 100GB and might have made a mistake of thinking 100 GB = 1 TB.

It's an ISP, not a grocery shop. I'm sure they know their terms, pal!
