B3 revision boards have been available for quite some time even here in India. But, why is there no reviews of these board on tech websites? There is a chance that these new board may have reduced IO performance via the fixed SATA ports and I am also curious what Intel has done to fix the issue.

Perhaps because they perform exactly the same as the 1st gen P67 boards except for the fixed SATA ports, which were not going to affect a huge number of the boards in any case.

Not the SATA ports but the Cougar Point PCH with the silicon fix. Other than the fix, there has been no significant change in the board. Not sure if this warrants a fresh review of the board.

This is what I implied... no need for fresh reviews, unless the manufacturers also decided to make other modifications (in response to review critique maybe)
