Who says he is banned???

He just received 5 point infraction and is not banned.

Its his stupid user title.

Anyway thanks for brining him to our notice again, now that user title will invite another warning :) :rofl:
 
Oh...ok......Thanks for clearing that out maybe using Banned as a Usertitle should not be allowed.

generally the concerned posts are deleted.
if posts are inappropriate then they are deleted thus no evidence is left for the other members :P

It looks like it would be better if I get banned. I've become a joker in front of everyone. So, admins or mods, whomsoever concerned, please BAN ME.

You don't need to get banned and your not a joker. I saw the thread and checked that you had actually not done anything wrong also you were apologetic in your reply what you should have also done was that you should have reported the post that accused you of increasing post count.

And about the infraction I don't think its a very big deal since even I got one sometime back.

I didn't report that post against me (accusing of spamming) to mods because reporting seems to me like an LKG kid complaining to teacher after getting beaten by a classmate. Isn't that right?

Nothing wrong in his current title. Previously it was 'Banned' and hence it created confusion in ops mind.
That's why we are telling everyone not t use such custom titles.
The infraction he received was for spam / irrelevant post was just 5 pta expiring infraction given by someone else. That combined with his custom title must have mislead op into thinking he is banned. And that helped us notice misleading title. All ended well :p

And BTW its Shripad and not Sripad.
