Why do I get do this error?

Hi,
I tried installing internet on my computer just now.
But whenever i connect,I get very slow speed.
I cannot open Google/Hotmail etc etc

Also whenever i disconnect or remove modem USB,
I get the following blue screen error:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP:0X000000D1(0X0000000B49,0X0000002,0X000000,0XAGF0ACSF)
gwausb.sys

Im running WinXP SP1,I have a Airtel DSL connection and i have installed the drivers which i originally got with the connection.
Also the same connection works on a laptop.
The modem is a RB Comtec USB ADSL modem.

reinstall the modem drivers or get the latest ones ... if you are using the latest ones , try the one you got with the modem :)
 
^^Eazy thanks for link but no luck.

So most probably im buying origianal WinXP which i originally had to and trying with another modem from my father's office.
