All OS Why FM Radio feature is missing in newer phones?

Curious to know as to why upcoming phones are seen without the good old Radio FM feature?

Was it a public demand or is there a concrete reason for removing these basic phone feature?

Xiaomi devices have it, Samsung, LG don't specifically think about Indian market when designing the phones so it is missing from their higher end phones but their Midrange phones also has it.

Yes, it needs but it isn't present on Samsung's high end mobiles because while designing those phones, they don't think about Indian market because they are not only released in Indian market.

I do, and a lot many more. FM gives you sampling of a lot of songs, which you might or might not have heard and all this while being offline(swell !!).
Many of us dont want to keep draining our batteries/data for random selection of songs and of course the irregular bahua and bairagi combo

Chill peeps, it was a joke. People are free to use any outdated tech they like. For example, i still prefer xp over 7. Wouldn't touch any of the newer OSs with a 10 ft pole...
