Why is the availability of Intel Arc GPUs so terrible in India?

It's been more than a month since Arc B580 has been out and not a single box made it to India?
B570 will be available in a few weeks but will never make it here at this rate.

Maybe because intel is not an established player in the gpu market and kept the production low at the begining to see how it performs in states and eu.

It's not just an India thing. Intel Arc GPU stocks are an issue in the US and EU as well. The cheapest model is currently selling at $370 and these have an MSRP of $250. Maybe Intel kept production low so they don't face losses like they are going through currently in the processors market.
