Why is the name TE?

This is not a tech thread...just a tell me why type...
@admins, why did you name this forum as Techenclave and what is the significance of this words "Grey Matters Here"

just want to know the history behind this No. 1 tech Forum:)

Enclave - an enclosed territory that is culturally distinct from the foreign territory that surrounds it

Don't want to write a detailed explanation for the tag line again. Had written it during the unveiling. The tag line can be read and interpreted in two ways.

Grey Matters Here - Your Grey cells matter here

Grey Matter is Here - Here on TE we have people with Grey matter

That would be extremely unlikely judging by some of the people and their posts here.
 
@neha & @CeDrIc, no guys seriously i just want to know how TE evolved? Whose brain child is this forum?

@Renegade, thanks bro have been gaining lots and lots of knowledge from this forum, yet didn't know a even a few details about this forum.

@CA50, All : Yeah i too have been gaining much knowledge from TE.

Infact, i had registered here in 2007, and was inactive for a long time. Only from 2009, i have been logging into TE daily. Its like i havent missed any day without logging into TE. TE is like my daily news paper :D , ofcourse in terms of Gadgets/Mobile Phones/Tech.

Soon, TE became so popular and rich that they realised that conquering the world is a stupid dream anyway. So, they decided to accept what they have and dedicated their life to TE. And then you joined.

PS: Oh yeah, somewhere in the middle, they had a fight and Safin branched out to make FE. but they patched up soon enough(all good friends do.... yeh dosti.... hum nahi todenge....).

Actually , Even I'm dying to hear the "REAL" versions of the story from both sides , but I guess its better to keep my mouth..hand rather , zipped on this issue. :huh:

Actually i was pondering on this for a long tym, wanted to start a thread...but i know that will be an exothremic reaction and the heat would be high enough to fry our proccy :P
But seriously guys, why is this. I request mods to step in and say a few words considering me as a newbie :P

Banning for asking innocent questions is not a TE policy as of yet IMHO.

BTW, even I want to know the truth about that rivalry... But when I say truth, I'll need to know both sides of the story. Unless that happens, there won't be any truth!! ;)

And the thread I had pointed out, you found the exact post that had interested me as well. :P
