I am using a Reliance Broadnet Wired(LAN) Internet connection.

I am looking for a good router with N capabilities and gigabit ethernet ports with a signal good enough to be able to share with the neighbors as well(Home use). Preferably a dual band router.

The ones I am currently looking at are

D Link DIR 655

Linksys E2000

Linksys WRT160N (BUDGET ROUTER)

Linksys WRT320N

Budget : 7k

Please help me out as I have no knowledge about routers.

Anything from the above list or something else??

someone.....anyone????

Please help

I have decided not to go in for Linksys routers as the range is not very good

Please help me out here guys.

Get a Dir 655 and add a dap (dlink access point) or range extender

Netgear WNDR3700 has better range and gigabit ethernet. WNDR3400 has same features except gogabit Lan.

Not sure about the prices but what I read about them is that they have best wi-fi range.

but can I use a Dlink access point with a Netgear router

just in case if I need one.

and @ vivacious_tg what is the range of WNDR3700 do you have any idea?

thanks bro

WNDR3700 looks like a good buy

just need to confirm about the Dlink access point working with it.
