Having connectivity problem for the past one & half month as it disconnects randomly. While checking ping, it varies from 2 digit to 4 digits upto 3500 and constant timeout. Made around 7-8 complaints but no one showed up till now.
Things got even worse for the last 15 days. I knew they share the connectivity but i even worse. Iam on 1mbps plan and during day time, it works sometimes (download speed ranges around 30-45kbps max) & sometimes not. At night the speed peaks upto 100kbps max.
Unfortunately, the toll free no dosent work, called thier corporate office in chennai and they told to call another and that no is a wrong no. I said, "i says wrong no" and he replied, "its the only no and i donno anyother thing" and hangs up. Being frustration and called that local for past four days and he replied, "i'll come when i get time" wtf.
Send the third reminder mail to their nodal & assurance office. Still havent got any reply.
Im on 6 month subscription and still some 3 months. What to do.

Switch the towers inside the settings - when i had wi5 SAP 3 will return very low signal - will switch to SAP 1 i will get good speed then - i use to switch towers manually every few hours when i had wi5 connection to get constant speed -
if your signal strength is slow - ask for a booster to be installed - they will greatly improve your signal quality - will cost you like 2K - well worth the money if you have no other option in your area other than wi5 - used to download 70- 80GB every month
- switched to railtel OFC - looking back cant believe i went through all that trouble with wi5 - just dont yell at the technicians - talk to them calmly - writing mail also works but you might have to wait for a week before they act - just go to the local office and talk to the staff .
